I am interested in purchasing a 'sali' land in Chanda Kathal Beria Mouza; about 1 bigha. This will be purely for investment as there is a proposed 4 lane planned from wipro site in AA III to Basanti highway. The land i am seeing is in the area behind proposed NSG hub along the canal. As there are a lot of notorious elements involved in duping people of their money in the area some one adviced me to be cautious. Sir, wanted to know whether it is wise to invest in that area after all checks have been carried out. And what does the future hold in this particular stretch. Any other advice/suggestion will be of help to me. Is the four lane coming up anytime soon. Regards.
